Refund Policy

There are no order cancellations, refunds, exchanges or warranties with HastyWords Art.  All sales are final.  Please make sure you are completely certain of your choices when placing an order.  We encourage you to contact us with any questions or clarifications you may have prior to your purchase.  

Many items are one of a kind and delicate so handle with care because we are not responsible for damage caused by shippers or customers.

In the rare circumstance a refund is approved the purchase will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  If the purchase was granted free shipping the initial shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund and a receipt will be provided.  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first being approved will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue.

If the packaging your item arrives in is damaged, please ensure you take photographs and/or videos prior to opening. The evidence will be necessary in order to make a claim with the shipping company and/or insurer.

Crystals, Glass, or Stones Etc could loosen and/or fall off during transport.  This is normal and the product will not be considered defective or damaged. HastyWords Art can provide the instruction needed to put the product back into original condition.

Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling of your product.  Hastywords Art is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.  

Please make certain all the information provided is correct. We are not responsible for shipments that are not able to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information.  If an order is non-deliverable to address provided to us, it will be shipped back to us or destroyed based on return shipping costs.  

If a package is returned to us, customer is responsible for paying return to sender fee as well as re-shipment costs. If a handmade piece is destroyed it can not be re-ordered due to the uniqueness of each product.   

Approved Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Approved Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less restocking fee within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
